Observations:
The release also includes several bug fixes and other changes.
We’ve also included updates to permission sets.
DEX Extract
Exclude Cancellation Service Delivered in DEX Extract
Cancelled Service Delivered records can now be excluded from the DEX Extract, in line with CHSP guidelines. A new setting 'DEX Include Cancellations' on Rate Type reference data allows you to control whether cancellations are included, giving you flexibility to meet reporting requirements. This means that when a service is marked as cancelled, it will no longer appear in the DEX Extract or its generated XML, ensuring compliance and reducing unnecessary data for providers.
Observations
Improvements for Seizure Observations
When recording Seizure observations:
The Sensations Experienced field has been renamed to Sensations & Physical Responses, with updated help text and additional options to better capture client experiences during seizures. Several picklist values have been relabelled for clarity, and new options such as “Change of consciousness”, “Hallucinations” and “None present” have been added.
The After Seizure field now includes a “Not known” option, as users may not always know what has occurred after a seizure.
These changes make it easier to accurately record and describe seizure events.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
General
Case Notes - We’ve resolved an issue where the case note rich-text input would automatically scroll to the bottom while typing, making it difficult to keep the cursor in view. Users can now type case notes on both desktop and mobile without the screen flicking away from their typing position, ensuring a smoother experience.
SAH Onboarding - When onboarding a Support at Home client, the Home Care Package Unspent Funds amount entered during onboarding is now correctly populated in the Funding Source’s Home Care Account Transfer In Amount field. This ensures that transferred unspent funds are accurately reflected, streamlining the onboarding process for providers.
AT-HM Wraparounds - Client contributions for Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) wraparound services are now correctly set to $0. This ensures that when a service delivered is marked as ‘WRAPAROUND’, no client contribution is charged, aligning with clinical care contribution requirements and providing greater accuracy for Support At Home funding.
Funding Dashboard - Unspent funds for both Home Care Account and Commonwealth Account now correctly display in the SAH Dashboard for the current and last quarter periods. This update ensures users can view accurate remaining allocations for these funding sources directly on the dashboard, improving transparency and financial tracking.
SAH Extract - The SAH Bulk Upload CSV now generates the 'Unit Type' column in lowercase and translates the 'Funding Source' to its corresponding code value as expected for Services Australia.
