Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
SAH Extract Invoice results - Users can now successfully upload SAH invoice results CSV files generated by Services Australia without needing to manually add missing column headings.
Payment statement upload fixes:
ALREADY FIXED IN AC 2.11 PATCH 1 You can now upload SAH Payment Statement CSV files with $0 individual contribution amounts, and journal entries will be created as expected.
ALREADY FIXED IN AC 2.11 PATCH 3 we've resolved an issue when uploading the Payment Statements when duplicate Item Ids exist across multiple invoices. Lumary now correctly create separate Payment Items for each unique combination of Invoice Id and Item Id and Entitlement Type. This ensures journal entries and budgets are accurately allocated, even when duplicate Item Ids exist across multiple invoices.
Funding Dashboard fixes:
The calculation of unspent funds for Home Care Account and Commonwealth funding sources has been corrected to use the appropriate fields, ensuring that budget items now accurately reflect the intended source of funding. This update removes confusion for users by aligning the field usage with their labels, so unspent funds are reported correctly in the Funding Dashboard and related areas.
We’ve corrected an issue on the Funding Dashboard where debited claim amounts were incorrectly credited to funding, causing unspent funds to appear higher than they should. The dashboard now accurately displays unclaimed and spent funding for Support at Home (SAH) budget items, ensuring users see the correct available balance.
ALREADY FIXED IN AC 2.11 PATCH 4 Care management is now correctly withheld from the ongoing classification budget when a client start part-way through a quarter, ensuring their available funds are accurately reduced by 10%. This update prevents over-allocation of funds for new clients joining mid-quarter in Support at Home budgets.
ALREADY FIXED IN AC 2.11 PATCH 2 Financial Extract - Fixed an issue where Financial Extract Items were incorrectly triggering amendments, by ensuring that only previous SAH Extract Items are considered when determining if a new SAH Extract Item should be marked as an amendment.
