SAH funding improvements
Primary supplements breakdown for ongoing budgets
The SAH Budget Items now provides a detailed breakdown of primary supplements for their ongoing budget, including new fields for Oxygen, Enteral Feeding (Bolus and Non-bolus), Veterans’, Dementia and Cognition, and EACHD Top Up supplements. This enhancement allows users to view and manage supplement funding amounts for each quarter, improving transparency and accuracy in client budgets.
Further information for journal entries
Additional fields have been added to Journal Entries including Agency (The third-party supplier or brokerage agency for the service), Unit Type, Gov Subsidy, Service Group, Service Type, Service, Item Description, and Wraparound Description. These enhancements provide more detailed information for claims, adjustments, and refunds, supporting improved reporting and transparency on monthly statements.
Observations Improvements
Heart Rate observations
- The Heart Rate record type has been enhanced to include an Additional Information field for capturing information about heart rate, rhythm and strength etc.
- The Latest Observations card and Last Observations list now display the BPM and Additional Information values, improving the visibility of captured information.
Oxygen Saturation observations
- The SpO2 field now includes validation to ensure only values between 1 and 100 can be saved when recording a new Oxygen Saturation observation.
- SpO2 readings now appear on the Latest Observations card for this record type.
Fluid Intake observations
When recording new Fluid Intake observations, we have updated the Food/Drink Item field label to Drink Item.
The Amount field has been replaced with Amount Consumed (mL) and now appears after Amount Served (mL), with both fields only accepting numeric values.
Users will see these updates when viewing the Last Observations list and Latest Observation card for this record type.
Pain observations
The Pain observation recording has been enhanced to better align with recognised pain assessment tools.
Users can now select whether a client is verbalising pain, with the interface adapting to display the appropriate Pain Symptoms scale and input options.
New fields for recording the pain Location, Area, and Additional Information have been added.
A read-only Total Pain Score field now automatically calculates and displays the combined pain score when viewing Pain observation records.
Users will see Location values when viewing the Last Observations list and Latest Observation card for this record type.
Smart file uploader improvements
A loading spinner now appears in the Smart File Uploader while the file type list is loading. This provides clear feedback to users and ensures the available file types are displayed immediately once the modal opens, improving the upload experience.
The smart file uploader has been updated to reduce the component’s height, providing a more streamlined appearance.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
General
Purchase Order Items improvement - The Quantity field on Purchase Order Items now supports decimal values, making it easier to enter and view quantities such as hours. Previously, users could capture decimal values but these were visually displayed as whole numbers.
SAH Extract Invoice results fix - We have fixed an issue in the SAH Extract process where the invoice results file was using the incorrect column for the invoice item external reference ID, causing file uploads to fail.
Funding Dashboard fix - The calculation for the carryover of unspent Support at Home quarterly budget has been updated. Now, the carryover amount is based on 10% of the full classification amount for the entire quarter (including primary supplements), or $1,000 (whichever is higher) rather than a prorated amount. This ensures participants receive the correct rollover, even if their classification changes mid-quarter.
Example: If a participant on Support at Home classification 5 in January moves up to Support at Home classification 7 in February, the Support at Home classification 7 amount will be used when calculating the unspent budget for January to March quarter.
Case Note fix - An issue preventing the selection of a client’s Goal and Outcome records when creating case notes has been fixed. This allows users to link relevant records for goal related notes.
Case Note improvement - Input validation now ensures the subject field cannot exceed 80 characters, helping maintain data input when creating new case notes.
Client Contact improvement - The Contact Type formula field on the Client Contact object has been updated to display the relationship or type, instead of displaying a value of Other if none of the checkbox options have been selected.
Updated Reports & Dashboards fix - The deployment status for Client Referrals with Actions and Contacts with Journals with JEs with SDs custom report types has been updated to 'Deployed'. This fix ensures these report types are readily available for reporting, improving accessibility for users with the appropriate permissions.
