Extracts
Clearer insight on claim management
The SAH Extract process now displays an 'Open Claim' icon in the PRODA Claim Status field for open invoice items, making it easier to identify and filter these items. The Site field has also been added to the SAH Extract Compact Layout. Claim Status is now automatically updated during extract processing, ensuring accurate status tracking for open and paid claims. These changes improve visibility and streamline claim management for users.
Agency Management:
Agency filter to select the correct brokered rates for clients
You can now filter rates by 'Agency / Other' when adding or editing Service Agreement Items, making it easier to identify and select the correct brokered support rates for clients. The filter is optional and only appears when any rates related to the service has an agency. Additionally, rate names now clearly display the associated agency. This enhancement streamlines the service creation process, especially for providers with a large number of brokered services, ensuring clients are charged the correct rate.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
General
Care Management - You can now record Care Management and Restorative Care Management services against Unrestricted Support Categories in the Case Note flow. This update ensures that billing and service delivery for these categories are supported, providing greater flexibility for care partners when managing agreements and case notes.
Service Agreements - The Service Agreement Item modal now automatically populates the End Date in the recurrence section under Financials, and provides a clear error message if the End Date is missing when calculating service delivery.
Onboarding Process - Has been updated to ensure that Expected Entry Date defaults to the current date to ensure active rates are shown when selecting an ongoing classification or HCP transitional level.
Individual Contributions - Journal Entries created via the SAH Extract now correctly include the Individual Contribution Amount. This ensures more accurate and consistent reporting across all relevant funding categories.
Funding Dashboard fixes:
- Short-term Pathways will now appear for both the current and previous quarters when applicable, ensuring users have accurate and complete information for their reporting periods.
- Quarterly Budget calculations have been corrected to ensure the Care Management Supplement is no longer deducted from the client’s budget. This change means the supplement is now treated as an additional amount, resulting in more accurate budget allocations for clients.
- We’ve resolved an issue where the Calculate Budget Item Batch process could fail when the Individual Contribution Amount was not populated on journal entries.
