Lumary AC - This article explains how to add a new support category for services.
Support categories help organise services on service agreements. Support At Home use several Service Types to organise services such as personal care. Lumary utilises support categories to organise these Service Types.
Support categories are set up as reference data. To add a new support category:
- Click on the App Launcher nine dot icon and search for reference.
- Click on Reference Data.
- Click on the New button.
This will launch the New Reference Data form.
- Scroll down and click on the Support Category option to select it.
- Click on the Next button.
- Use the Name field to give your category a meaningful name. This is the only mandatory field on the form. A brief explanation of some of the other fields you may see is provided below.
Several of these fields are used for Support At Home services and can be skipped for other categories, including:
- Participant Contribution Category
- Service Group
- Service Group Id, and
- Service Type Id.
You may also see NDIS related fields, these can be ignored.
- Click on the Save button.
To make the category available on service agreements, you'll need to select it when you add new services.
