Lumary AC - This article explains how to delete a Support At Home (SAH) extract or extract item.
You can delete a Support At Home (SAH) extract or extract item if it is no longer required, was created in error, or needs to be re-extracted with updated data.
The first steps are the same whether you are deleting an entire extract or a specific extract item:
- Click on the Lumary Extracts tab. You may need to click on the More drop-down option to find it.
- Click on the Extract Type drop-down list.
- Select SAH.
- Scroll down the page to the Previous Extract section.
- Click on an extract ID text link.
To delete an extract:
- Click on the drop-down menu and select Delete.
- When you see the Are you sure you want to delete this Extract? prompt, click Delete.
When you return to the extracts screen, you should see that the extract is no longer visible. The extract and all associated extract items will be deleted.
To delete an extract item:
- Locate the specific extract item within the extract.
- Click on the drop-down menu, you may need to scroll to the right, and select Delete.
- When you see the Are you sure you want to delete this Extract Item? prompt, click Delete.
The selected extract item will be removed, but the rest of the extract will remain unchanged.
