Monthly Statement
Providers can generate detailed monthly statements for Support at Home clients, showing funding available, services delivered, participant contributions, and remaining balances for each calendar month, and any adjustments or refunds. These statements show opening and closing balances for ongoing services, restorative care, end-of-life pathways, and assistive technology and/or home modifications, helping clients and providers track available budgets and commitments.

Understanding your current version
To support tracking updates, and understanding your current version - moving forward your mapping name will include the version that the template is on. This will help customer success to answer any queries about your specific version, and to know that you've got the latest updates.
To check your version:
- Open the App Launcher (grid icon in the top-left corner).
- Search for and select Formstack Mapping.
- Search until you find the document mapping, for example Monthly Statement
Follow us to get update notifications
You can follow sections in Lumary's Help Centre with your Help Centre account. If you follow a section, you'll receive email notifications whenever a new article is published in that section, or when an article is republished with updates.
To follow the section that contains this article:
- Click on the Document changes section link in the breadcrumb at the top of this page.
