We've developed and tested changes for the updated Schedule of Subsidies and Supplements for Support at Home. We plan to begin deploying to production environments today!
Update - 28/10/2025
The Australian Government has published the Schedule of Subsidies and Supplements for Support at Home, which will now come into effect on 1 November 2025.
We're analysing the changes and planning our approach.
Update - 4/6/2025
We are aware that the Australian Government has announced a short deferral to the start date of the new Aged Care Act 2024, which will now come into effect on 1 November 2025. For further information, we encourage you to visit the official website New Aged Care Act to start from 1 November.
As a result, this change will impact our current approach and planned timelines for implementations and system updates aligned to the new legislation.
Our team is actively reviewing how this deferral will affect our delivery plan, and we’re working through the necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and compliant transition for your organisation.
